"If you never read another book, read this one. You won' t find over the top action, adventure, or erotic passion and heat, but then again, you will find larger than life love, and a hero (or heroes) that will forever leave an impression on your heart." -  Dii- Amazon Top 1000 Reviewer

"So many friends keep raving about this book that I just bought it. 'This is what love is,' is what I keep hearing. That, and what a wonderful, heart-tugging writer the author is. A book like this is rare, and I can't wait to recommend it to more friends. We are all human, and a book like this will make us stronger. It's a wonderful inspiration." - Author Joyce A. Schneider

I promise it isn't all sad; my late husband was full of surprises.

Some stories feel too short, because they were; yet those are the ones that last with us forever. You would think that loving a dying person would be difficult. On the contrary, it was the easiest thing I've ever done; far easier than building the world's largest awareness ribbon in his memory, or explaining to two little girls that thier father was dying, and definitely easier than learning to accept that I would ever love another man after he was gone. Yes, there were tears. But, he made me laugh in a dreary hospital room. He made me laugh while his heart was being shocked in a table in the ER, while being tricked into eating (by me), and even know as I think about the memory of him which remains, I laugh. The man gave me no other option. He complemented our lives with laughter, and so does his memory.
